Jeff Rutt is owner and CEO of Keystone Custom Homes, Inc., which has been awarded Builder’s Magazine’s America’s Best Home Builder” three times and was recently recognized as recipient of the 2008 Hearthstone Award, a lifetime service achievement award, which included a $200,000 grant for his charity. Jeff has served as President of Lancaster Building Industry Association and has chaired local committees and boards.

Jeff founded HOPE International, a 501 © (3) non-profit, in 1997. HOPE works in developing countries to provide microloans and biblically based business training to entrepreneurs, enabling them to start or expand small businesses. HOPE’s goal is to provide permanent solutions to poverty for families. HOPE now works in 13 countries and presently serves over 200,000 clients. When HOPE’s microfinance institutions reach financial sustainability, profits they generate are channeled toward local Christ-centered children’s ministries.

Jeff applies basic principles such as efficiency, perseverance, positive attitude and passion to give back to those in need and credits his success to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
